1. Introduction

Sociable Suite ("Sociable Suite," "we," "us," or "our") provides a social media management platform that helps individuals and teams plan, create, schedule, publish, monitor, and analyze content across social networks.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our website, create an account, connect social profiles, use our applications, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide

  • Account details: name, email address, password, company or team name, billing address, and subscription preferences.
  • Profile and workspace data: team members you invite, roles, approval workflows, and content you upload or draft in the platform.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, feedback forms, survey responses, and marketing preferences.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information from connected platforms

When you connect a social network or third-party integration, we may receive information authorized by that platform, such as profile names, page or account IDs, access tokens, posts, comments, messages, analytics, audience metrics, and media you choose to manage through Sociable Suite. What we receive depends on the permissions you grant and each platform's API terms.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: features used, actions taken, timestamps, referring pages, and interaction with in-product tools including AI-assisted features.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs used to secure and improve the Services.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below.

Information from other sources

We may receive limited information from partners, authentication providers, or publicly available sources where permitted by law, such as to verify your business or prevent fraud.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, collaboration, and analytics.
  • Authenticate users, manage workspaces, and enforce account security.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and customer support requests.
  • Improve product performance, develop new features, and conduct research and analytics in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.
  • Send service-related notices, security alerts, and—with your consent or where permitted—marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests (for example, securing and improving the Services), consent, or legal obligation.

4. Connected social accounts

Sociable Suite acts on your instructions when you connect social accounts. You control which profiles are linked and what actions our platform may perform, such as publishing posts or reading engagement metrics.

Access tokens and credentials are stored using industry-standard safeguards. You may disconnect an account at any time from your workspace settings; disconnecting stops future data collection from that account but may not delete data already stored unless you request deletion as described in Section 9.

Your use of third-party networks remains subject to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for how those platforms handle your data outside of Sociable Suite.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, payment processing, and AI infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Team members: other users in your workspace according to the roles and permissions you configure.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice where required by law.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, or to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • With your direction: when you publish content to social networks or enable integrations you choose.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site traffic, and understand how the Services are used.

Types of cookies we may use include:

  • Essential: required for authentication and core functionality.
  • Functional: remember settings such as language or workspace preferences.
  • Analytics: help us understand usage patterns and improve performance.
  • Marketing: where permitted, used to measure campaign effectiveness; you may opt out through your browser or cookie settings where available.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working correctly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

You can also:

  • Update account details in your profile settings.
  • Disconnect social accounts from your workspace.
  • Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each message.
  • Request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. International transfers

Sociable Suite may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required by law.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. We may also notify you by email or through the Services where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where further consent is required by law.
